Mesh  Front  Covering

Mesh Coating is made of aluminum or stainless sheet as material. The pore sizes are directly proportional to the wall thickness of the plate. The larger the pore desired, the thicker the section should be used to increase the resistance in the plate. In general, pore spaces of 6 cm width and 2.5 cm height are preferred. The wall thickness to be preferred for this pore space should be at least 2.5 mm. Mesh coverings can be placed in an aluminum frame and mounted, or a back construction can be created and assembled from the pore places.

Mesh Facade Types

Expanded Metal Mesh

Expanded metal mesh, aluminum, galvanized or stainless plates in special molded cylinders  crushed hole  with the opening  it occurs. By changing the molds in the cylinder, mesh material can be obtained in desired pore sizes. Plate sizes are generally 100cm-120cm in width. This size is the most optimum size to prevent the material from wasting. The length part can be any size according to the customer's request, but if the material to be used is to be framed and applied on the facade, it should not exceed 150cm-200cm in this extent in order not to deform the material, or the material with a high wall thickness should be preferred.

Perforated Perforated Mesh

Perforated mesh meshes,  It is formed by drilling homogeneous circular or rectangular holes on aluminum, galvanized or stainless plate at certain intervals. These hole sizes may vary according to the applied project.
