Ceramic  Front  Covering

    Mesh Coating is made of aluminum or stainless sheet as material. The pore sizes are directly proportional to the wall thickness of the plate. The larger the pore desired, the thicker the section should be used to increase the resistance in the plate. In general, pore spaces of 6 cm width and 2.5 cm height are preferred. The wall thickness to be preferred for this pore space should be at least 2.5 mm. Mesh coverings can be placed in an aluminum frame and mounted, or a back construction can be created and assembled from the pore places.

    The ceramic bonding system is applied by bonding the ceramics to this T profile with a special stone silicone adhesive on the aluminum T profile. There are aluminum joint profiles between ceramics, the dimensions of these joint profiles may vary according to the ceramic size or project.

Ceramic Clip System

  The ceramic clip system provides ceramic carrier with the clips placed on the channeled T profiles. The clips act as a lock on the ceramic surface and transfer this load to the T profiles. In the external view, if these clips are painted in a color close to the color of the stone, they are not very noticeable. Therefore, the back surface must be well insulated.

    The ceramic hanger system starts with the gluing of the hanger profiles horizontally before mounting on the ceramics. These hanger profiles, which are attached to the ceramics, are then hung on the clamp profiles mounted on the T profiles, and the assembly is completed. In this system, the joint gaps are empty vertically, if desired, joint profiles are mounted. On the horizontal, interlocking hanger profiles do not allow water to enter and form a horizontal joint with a thickness of 5 mm.

Sinterflex  System

    Kalenterflex is a type of ceramic with a wall thickness of 3 mm, the back of which is covered with a mesh, produced by the Çanakkale ceramic group, and can be applied as twisted in wide openings. The mounting method is that it can be applied with stone silicone on the T profile as in the ceramic bonding system, if desired, a joint gap can be left between the ceramics or an aluminum joint profile can be used.

    Terra Cotta is a material made of baked clay with a section thickness of 2 to 3 cm. Its assembly is provided by attaching the rear part of the stone with ears during the production phase to the hanger profiles connected on the aluminum T profile. There are 2 types, single-walled and double-walled.

Natural Stone Coating

Natural Stone Veneer

    In the Natural Stone coating system, there are aluminum joint profiles with a wall thickness of 5 mm, which are carriers on the T-profiles horizontally. Natural stones are attached to this horizontal joint profile and its assembly is ensured. In the vertical, there is usually no joint between the stones.
